The company is a specialist technical contractor operating in the field of Kälte-, Klima- and Lüftungstechnik (HVAC / TGA systems), delivering high-performance building services solutions for demanding environments.The TGA Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, coordination, and delivery of HVAC and technical building services projects, ensuring technical excellence, cost control, and timely execution across multiple project phases.This role requires a strong blend of engineering knowledge, project management capability, and commercial awareness, particularly within complex industrial and mission-critical environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Full responsibility for planning, coordination, and delivery of TGA (HVAC) projects
- Management of Kälte-, Klima- and Lüftungstechnik systems in industrial and commercial buildings
- Coordination of design, engineering, procurement, and installation activities
- Control of project budgets, schedules, quality standards, and technical compliance
- Management of subcontractors, suppliers, and installation partners
- Technical and commercial interface with clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Preparation and tracking of project schedules and resource planning
- Identification and management of risks, deviations, and technical challenges
- Oversight of commissioning, testing, and handover processes
- Support in tendering and estimation phases where required
- Regular site visits across Germany to ensure project delivery and progress

- Degree or technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Building Services Engineering (TGA), or similar
- 3–5+ years of experience in HVAC / TGA project management or project engineering
- Strong knowledge of Kälte-, Klima- and Lüftungstechnik systems
- Experience delivering industrial, commercial, or data centre projects is highly desirable
- Solid understanding of project planning, execution, and cost control
- Familiarity with technical building services coordination and subcontractor management
- Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a dynamic project environment
- Willingness to travel within Germany (site-based coordination)
- Business fluency in German is essential; English is beneficial
