An excellent opportunity for a TGA Planner (HLSK) to join a leading German Architectural and Engineering consultancy, supporting the delivery of technically complex building projects, with a strong focus on data centres and high-tech developments across all HOAI phases (1–9).

Location: Frankfurt

Salary: €65,000 - €85,000 + package (based on experience)


Job Description

The Resolute Group is supporting a major German Architectural and Engineering consultancy seeking a TGA Planner (HLSK) to join their growing team in Frankfurt.This role will focus on the planning and coordination of HVAC systems across complex projects, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, efficient, and technically robust solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the planning and design of HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, sanitation, and cooling) across all HOAI phases
  • Participating in planning meetings and coordinating with internal teams and external disciplines
  • Preparing technical specifications, service descriptions, and supporting tender documentation
  • Supporting cost control, claim, and change management processes throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensuring quality assurance of designs in collaboration with internal design and engineering teams
  • Contributing to the optimisation of technical solutions in line with project requirements and standards
  • Assisting in the coordination and integration of building services systems within overall project delivery

Job Requirement

Requirements
  • Degree in Building Services Engineering, Supply & Energy Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent technician qualification)
  • Initial to several years of experience in TGA / HLSK planning (or strong interest in developing within this field)
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, sanitation, and refrigeration
  • Understanding of German regulations, including VOB and relevant technical standards
  • Familiarity with MS Office; experience with CAD tools such as Revit or AutoCAD is advantageous
  • Strong communication skills, ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Structured and proactive working style, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • German C1+ (essential) and good English skills
