The Resolute Group are working with an international construction, engineering, and architecture office based in Dusseldorf, who work across building construction. Specifically involved in commercial and industrial projects.
Location: Dusseldorf HQ, but nationwide travel across Germany.
Salary: €55,000 - €75,000 DOE + company car (business and private use) + fuel card + furnished accommodation.

This company was has multiple offices across Europe, and over 500 employees spread across this region. With expertise across design and build projects, you will be joining an ambitious and hardworking team, who prioritise a quality driven approach.
For this role, you will be required to travel nationwide throughout Germany. Thus, you must be comfortable and flexible for consistent travel to be on site.

Day-to-day duties will vary but could include:
- Taking full commercial and technical responsibility for building services packages across refurbishment, fit-out and new-build projects from execution through handover phases (HOAI 6–9).
- Managing tendering activities including the technical and commercial evaluation of bids, negotiation, and awarding of subcontractor packages.
- Overseeing on-site execution with cross-disciplinary coordination, ensuring smooth collaboration between trades and design disciplines.
- Managing measurements, inspections, snagging and acceptance procedures while ensuring quality, progress, and programme compliance.
- Verifying invoices, tracking financial performance and safeguarding adherence to approved budgets and cost targets.
- Acting as a primary point of contact for clients, design partners and internal project stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication.
- Supporting and leading final project handover and formal acceptance processes upon completion of construction works.
- Maintaining structured and compliant project documentation throughout all delivery stages.

- Strong expertise in cost estimation, execution planning, and construction management.
- Thorough knowledge of VOB regulations and construction standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams and assert decisions effectively.
- Highly organized, independent, and structured work style with strong personal commitment.
- Fluent in German (C1) and good command of English (B1).
- Several years of professional experience in building services project management, preferably in turnkey industrial or commercial construction projects.
- Technical knowledge in electrical engineering, or willingness to develop expertise with support.
- Successful completion of technical or master-level training in HVAC, building services, or related studies (e.g., TGA, Versorgungstechnik).
- Proven experience managing industrial, commercial, or large-scale residential projects (excluding single- and two-family homes).
- Valid Class B driving license (mandatory).
