Technical Project Manager- Nationwide Travel (Germany)
The Resolute Group are working with an international construction, engineering, and architecture office based in Dusseldorf, who work across building construction. Specifically involved in residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Location: Dusseldorf (HQ) + Nationwide Travel (Germany)
Salary: €80,000 - €110,000 + accommodation / company car + fuel card (experience dependent)

This company was has multiple offices across Europe, and over 500 employees spread across this region. With expertise across design and build projects, you will be joining an ambitious and hardworking team, who prioritise a quality driven approach.
This position involves nationwide travel across Germany, as you will oversee multiple large-scale construction projects from design through to completion. Flexibility and a willingness to be regularly on-site are essential.

Day-to-day duties will vary but could include:
- Lead and coordinate all technical aspects of complex building construction projects (Hochbau)
- Oversee project delivery in accordance with cost, quality, and scheduling targets
- Manage communication and coordination between design teams, subcontractors, and clients
- Ensure VOB compliance and adherence to all relevant construction regulations and standards
- Prepare and manage tender documentation, contract negotiations, and subcontractor awards
- Monitor and control project budgets, variations, and cost reporting
- Oversee progress reports, documentation, and project handover
- Drive continuous improvement and best practices in project execution
Qualifications & Experience Required:
- Completed degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Project Manager in Germany
- Experience with industrial and commercial hochbau projects, ideally large scale
- Strong knowledge of the VOB regulations
- Fluency in German (C1+) and proficiency in English (B1+)
- Willingness to travel across Germany consistently
