Superintendent – Cleanroom Projects
Working for a rapidly growing, national, full-lifecycle delivery specialist. Leading on-site construction operations for specialist Laboratories, hospitals and clean rooms.
Location: US (Full-time travel required on a project by project basis) The main hub is North Carolina
Salary: $150,000 – $170,000 basic) + Travel (Flights, Hotel, Food) + Truck or $700 dollars + Benefits Package
Role:
The Resolute Group has been retained to identify and secure a high-caliber Traveling Superintendent to join our clients rapidly expanding team. Operating heavily in General Contractor (GC) work, they deliver turnkey projects across the full lifecycle of a project from Engineering design (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil), delivering the construction on site including M&E, and aftercare for the facility.
This role is vital to overseeing major site operations within my clients our core sectors:
As a Superintendent, you will act as the ultimate on-site authority, driving schedule, safety, and quality. Your responsibilities will include:
Full travel costs are provided when working on site on a project by project basis as you will run one project at a time.

As a Superintendent, you will act as the ultimate on-site authority, driving schedule, safety, and quality. Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage and oversee day-to-day site operations and subcontractors on site.
- Ensure compliance with all engineering, manufacturing, and safety standards across the project lifecycle. Focused on the M&E elements including new pipework and electrical systems.
- Consult closely with project managers, clients, and internal delivery teams to keep projects on schedule.
- Resolve complex technical queries and site constraints during the active construction phase.
- Mitigate risks on-site to ensure seamless delivery within our core industrial and science sectors.

- Proven track record as Superintendent, ideally with M&E (Mechanical & Electrical installations) installation experience.
- Sector expertise within pharmaceutical, life sciences, manufacturing, or food & beverage sectors is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel as required across the US to deliver your project.
- Valid Driver’s License (essential for vehicle allowance/company truck).
