Senior Property Manager - London region
Working for a client’s organisation as a generalist covering areas including Land acquisitions & disposals, Negotiation of permanent & temporary contracts, and Landlord & Tenant stakeholder management.
Location: London (Inside M25)
Salary: £75,000 - £80,000 basic + Oyster Card + Bonus + Package
Role:
The Resolute Group have been retained to secure a Senior Property Manager for a key client based in London. With a Nationwide portfolio of properties this role is managing the London region with over 300 assets under your control. Your role is to provide professional services and advice around the following subjects:
You will be working in a highly professional and flexible environment, a role that offers you the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects. It will be challenging, but you will be able to develop and hone your skills within a small, supportive team, working across various disciplines within the Property sector.
Key factors we are looking for in a candidate:
This role is a mix of Office based 1 days a week (Central London), 2-3 days a week on site visits meeting the internal and external stakeholders, 1-2 days a week working from home.

- Land acquisitions & disposals
- Negotiation of leases / compound licences / restrictive covenants
- Negotiation of project refurbishment with landlords
- Compulsory Purchase & Compensation events.
- Commercial agreement and lease negotiations
- Stakeholder management both internal and external

Key factors we are looking for in a candidate:
- Stakeholder Management – To deliver a range of professional property services for the business (acquisition, compensation claims, leases, complex lettings, sale and temporary use of operational land)
- Authority / Decision Making – Take responsibility for providing property solutions, and a range of property transactions (acquisitions, leases, surrenders, re-grants to maximise benefit on land utilisation issues.)
- Operating Environment – Working with the Capital projects team for managing projects and programmes to an agreed budget.
- Service – To deliver a professional service to all internal clients and external customers develop strong working relationships with all key stakeholders. Instruct and manage relationships with external agents and solicitors to deliver optimum value commercial agreements.
- Knowledge Sharing – Seek to share best practice and learnings across the team for the benefit of the organisation.
