The project focus would be Data Centres and Mission Critical projects.

Job Description
The Resolute Group is working in partnership with an international design and engineering consultancy looking to expand their team in Frankfurt.
The project focus would be Data Centres and Mission Critical projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project tasks, budget planning, and documentation throughout the design phase;
- Maintain timelines for design milestones and assign responsibilities across the group;
- Collaborate closely with internal disciplines and outside partners to align design goals;
- Guide design direction, question proposed adjustments, and drive improvements;
- Present fresh concepts and design strategies to both the client and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Earned an advanced degree in either mechanical or electrical engineering;
- Brings more than five years of experience leading complex projects involving various engineering and construction disciplines—ideally with exposure to data centre environments or comparable industries;
- Comfortable working with digital tools and collaborative design platforms, including those for model-based workflows;
- Has a solid grasp of established industry methods for design and construction, along with insight into the day-to-day operations typical of client organizations;
- Strong proficiency in English and preferably also in German, or Dutch.
