Location: Home-based (with travel across the Benelux Region)Flexibility to travel is essential for this role.
Salary: €65,000 – €80,000 basic (experience dependent) + 30% bonus + car allowance

The Resolute Group have been retained by an international manufacturer of specialist engineering components, supplying critical infrastructure solutions into a variety of industrial and engineering markets across the globe.
With a strong reputation for high-quality engineered products, the organisation supports sectors including energy, infrastructure, construction, and industrial manufacturing. Following a strong period of commercial growth, the business is now investing further into its European sales capability to strengthen its position across the Benelux region.
To support this expansion, we are now seeking a technically minded and commercially driven Sales Engineer to take ownership of the Benelux market.
This position will suit someone who already understands the regional market and brings an established network of contacts across the Benelux, enabling them to quickly identify opportunities and convert them into purchase orders and long-term customer relationships.
This is a highly autonomous and fast-paced role where you will be responsible for building your pipeline, developing new opportunities, and working closely with customers to influence project specifications and drive sales across the region.
You will work closely with European leadership but will have the autonomy to develop your own regional strategy, manage key relationships, and convert technical opportunities into revenue.

Role Responsibility:
- Drive commercial growth across the Benelux region by identifying and converting new project opportunities.
- Develop relationships with contractors, OEMs, distributors, specifiers, and end users to secure project wins and generate purchase orders.
- Utilise existing regional contacts and networks to open doors and accelerate market development.
- Promote a range of engineered solutions into sectors including infrastructure, industrial projects, and energy-related markets.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline while delivering against agreed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the wider European team to strengthen regional presence and support long-term market growth.

- Previous sales experience within an engineering or technical product environment.
- A mechanical or electrical background is highly desirable.
- Experience selling or working with products such as cable management systems, cable ladders, junction boxes, lighting, or related electrical infrastructure would be advantageous.
- Existing contact network across the Benelux region within relevant industrial or engineering markets.
- Commercially focused with a clear understanding of how to convert opportunities into purchase orders and revenue.
- Fluent English and Dutch is essential, additional languages such as German would be advantageous.
- Full driving licence with flexibility to travel across the region.
- Self-motivated, relationship-driven, and comfortable working remotely with a high degree of autonomy.
