Position: Business Development Manager (Sales) (technical background preferred)
Location: Germany (nationwide) | Remote with regular travel
Salary: €80,000 – €110,000 basic (DOE) + comprehensive package

After a record commercial year and ambitious growth targets, the company is scaling its European sales force - doubling headcount to strengthen its position and capitalise on market demand.
The Opportunity
We are searching for a dynamic, commercially driven Sales Business Development Manager to join the DACH division. This is a pivotal role for someone eager to take ownership of the German market and drive new business in a high-growth environment.
🔹 80% New Business Development
🔹 20% Strategic Account Management
This role offers full autonomy over your sales activity and pipeline, with close collaboration alongside European senior leadership. You’ll play a central role in shaping growth, influencing specifications, and building long-term relationships with both new and existing partners.

- Deliver commercial growth by identifying and converting high-value project opportunities across Germany.
- Develop strong relationships with end users, specifiers, OEMs, and distributors.
- Influence technical specifications to secure competitive advantage.
- Design and implement tailored sales strategies to hit and exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with regional leadership to strengthen brand presence and align with overall sales strategy.
- Maintain accountability for your own pipeline while supporting wider team objectives.
Candidate Profile
- Proven track record in Business Development within an engineering or technical environment.
- Native-level German and fluent English (essential).
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to engage credibly across engineering-driven markets.
- Independent, proactive, and commercially focused mindset.
- Full driving license ideal, and willingness to travel across Germany.
