Position: Project Manager
Location: Hamburg - Options for hybrid work
Salary: €55,000 - €75,000 (experience dependent)
Job Description:
The Resolute Group are working with a project management consultancy based in Hamburg, who have a mixed portfolio of building construction projects, including public and private. This consultancy take a friendly and proactive approach to supporting their projects across all phases (0-9). Due to project demand and strategic growth, they are now actively looking for an enthusiastic and hands on Project Manager to join their team.
Role Responsibility:
- Management and oversight of complex real estate development projects in line with recognized German standards for project control and leadership, covering all project phases and areas of responsibility.
- Full accountability for budget, schedule, quality, and project-specific objectives, ensuring successful delivery from planning through completion.
- Leadership and coordination of all stakeholders, including architectural firms, specialist planners, public authorities, and end users.
- Strategic oversight of procurement processes, contract management, and variation handling, with a focus on risk mitigation and cost control.
- Technical consulting, performance monitoring, and quality control during construction, ensuring compliance with design and regulatory standards through to final acceptance.
- Proactive management of risks, conflicts, and critical project issues, aimed at safeguarding timelines and outcomes.
- Responsibility for all project documentation, reporting processes, and the use of digital tools to support efficient and transparent project execution.
Requirements:
- A completed degree in construction project management, architecture, civil or industrial engineering — or an equivalent qualification combined with relevant professional experience.
- Proven track record of independently managing projects from start to finish.
- Strong familiarity with industry standards and regulations, including fee structures and construction contract procedures commonly used in Germany.
- Confident user of standard software tools, particularly those used in project and office environments.
- Excellent command of German, both spoken and written, with strong communication skills.
- Highly team-oriented, self-driven, and enthusiastic about innovative ideas and tackling new challenges
