Job Description

HR Manager (Part-Time, 24 hours / 3 Day Week)

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 basic (Pro-rata)

Office: Milton Keynes (Office based 3 days a week)

The Opportunity

  • Drive Employee Experience: Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle, optimizing onboarding, engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Enhance Operations & Tech: Manage HR systems to deliver accurate people data, streamline workflows, and empower leadership decisions.
  • Grow Capability: Partner with local managers and global specialists to identify skills gaps and implement impactful L&D initiatives.
  • Lead Communications: Shape and deliver internal engagement strategies aligned with wider Group priorities.
  • Manage Budgets: Take full ownership of HR budgets, commercial forecasting, and external supplier relationships.
