The Resolute Group is working in partnership with a leading international investment and asset management business seeking a Financial Controller to support its German operations.This role will play a key part in overseeing financial reporting, controlling, and compliance activities, ensuring alignment with both local regulatory requirements and international standards. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across finance, investment, and operational teams.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders across finance, investment, and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing financial reporting and controlling activities for German entities and projects
- Ensuring compliance with local accounting standards and tax regulations
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Acting as a key point of contact for auditors, tax advisors, and external stakeholders
- Monitoring financial performance, identifying variances, and supporting strategic decision-making
- Supporting investment activities through financial analysis and reporting
- Assisting with the implementation and improvement of financial processes and controls
- Collaborating with international finance teams to ensure consistency and best practice

- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- 5+ years’ experience in financial controlling, accounting, or audit
- Strong understanding of German accounting standards (HGB) and tax frameworks
- Experience within infrastructure, real estate, or project-based environments desirable
- Fluent English and German language skills essential
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while engaging with international teams
