The role combines strategic leadership, design oversight, and project delivery responsibilities within an international project environment. Day-to-day duties will vary but could include:

Job Description:
This position offers the opportunity to lead multidisciplinary architectural teams on technically complex projects including industrial facilities, logistics and distribution centres, warehouses, data centres, and infrastructure-related buildings. The role combines strategic leadership, design oversight, and project delivery responsibilities within an international project environment. Day-to-day duties will vary but could include:
- Leading architectural design and project delivery across all project phases from concept through construction
- Managing and mentoring multidisciplinary architectural teams, supporting team growth and performance
- Acting as a senior point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders
- Overseeing coordination between architecture, structural, MEP, and specialist disciplines
- Driving high-quality technical and design standards across complex industrial and infrastructure developments
- Supporting business development activities, client relationship management, and project acquisition
- Managing project resources, delivery programmes, risks, and commercial performance
- Ensuring compliance with German building regulations, planning requirements, and international project standards
- Supporting the successful delivery of mission-critical and technically demanding projects within live operational environments.

- Degree in Architecture or related discipline
- Significant professional experience within architecture, including both design and delivery/project execution
- Strong leadership and people management experience within multidisciplinary environments
- Experience delivering industrial, logistics, warehouse, data centre, or technical infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of German planning regulations, HOAI, and technical building standards
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- German and English language skills are essential
