Civil Estimator
Location: Charlotte, North Carolina
Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 base salary + Package
The Resolute Group is partnering with a leading construction organization to recruit a Civil Estimator to support a growing portfolio of projects across the United States.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an established team, working on complex Civil Engineering and Infrastructure projects from Tender enquiry to developing the project cost and project award. You'll play a key role in developing competitive estimates, supporting bid strategy, and collaborating with project teams to deliver accurate and commercially successful proposals.
Key Responsibilities
This is a hybrid role working between the office and home based working.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil Engineering projects
- Perform quantity takeoffs from drawings and specifications
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing
- Analyze project documentation to identify risks, opportunities, and cost-saving measures
- Collaborate with Project managers, Engineers, and operations teams to ensure estimates align with project objectives
- Maintain awareness of current market conditions, labor rates, and material pricing

- Previous experience as a Civil Estimator within the Infrastructure industry
- Strong understanding of estimating principles, quantity takeoffs, and construction methodologies
- Valid Driver's License
