Excellent opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to play a key part in the growth of an expanding M&E team within an International, Engineering and Design Consultancy.

Location: Frankfurt
Salary: € 80,000 - €100,000+ Package benefits

Job Description:
The Resolute Group is working in partnership with an International, Engineering and Design Consultancy to assist with expanding their M&E Team who focus on Data Centre Projects.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the execution of data centre projects, including research, development, design, and coordination of engineering project services for mechanical installations, systems, equipment, and facilities.
  • Design and implement controls, instruments, and operating systems for various building engineering services applications.
  • Conduct surveys, tests, and assessments of existing electrical and mechanical installations, providing detailed reports.
  • Specify activities to ensure manufacturing, construction, installation, and testing align with functional specifications and customer needs.
  • Act as the primary representative of the company in technical meetings with customers, professional teams, and contractor groups.
  • Prepare and modify specifications using tools such as Word or Excel.
  • Ensure that engineering calculations and drawings adhere to industry standards and legal requirements.
  • Validate the contributions of intermediate and graduate engineers to design projects.

Qualifications required:
  • Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar

Skills and knowledge:
  • Fluency in English written and spoken, beneficial to also speak German (minimum B1)
  • Previous professional experience (5-7 years) working on similar projects within Germany to local laws and regulations.
  • Strong understanding of key health and safety issues and legislation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Excel, and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to utilize IT-based calculation and spreadsheet software effectively.
  • Familiarity with BS standards, international regulations, and German codes is desirable.
  • Capacity to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated managerial skills.
